This policy describes information handling for the KozyDoku game and this website. Support is provided by the KozyDoku team. Contact KozyDoku@cctik.com for privacy questions or access, correction and deletion requests. Do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Game data on your device
The game stores progress, scores, check-in history, items, language, audio and reminder preferences on your device. Uninstalling or clearing app data may remove these records; system backups may retain separate copies. Rankings may include computer-generated opponents. You do not need to send your entire save file to contact support.
Advertising and third-party services
Versions with advertising use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), including rewarded ads. The SDK can process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. IP addresses may also indicate approximate location. Personalized advertising depends on region, available consent flows, device settings and provider configuration. Google processes this information under its privacy policy linked below.
Notifications, permissions and feedback
The app may provide reminders with your permission. You can disable notifications and adjust tracking or advertising permissions in system settings. Disabling optional permissions does not require more personal information. If you email support, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send, for responding and troubleshooting. Remove unnecessary device information before sending.
Website hosting
Cloudflare serves this website over HTTPS. Network requests provide hosting and network providers with information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and access time for delivery, security and operation. This legal website includes no advertising, visitor analytics scripts or login. Language uses a URL parameter or browser preference and does not require tracking cookies.
Use, sharing and retention
We use information received to provide the game and support, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations. Advertising and hosting providers process data for the purposes described above. Necessary information may also be disclosed as required by law or to protect lawful interests. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet obligations; no single fixed retention period is promised. Local records are managed through your device and backup settings.
Your choices and requests
You can change app preferences and system permissions, stop using the app or clear local app data. Clearing local data does not automatically delete emails already sent or information held by third parties. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, restricted processing or withdrawal of consent concerning information we hold. We handle requests as applicable and may verify your identity. Google ad preferences and system privacy settings provide controls for third-party processing.
Children and international processing
The game is for a general audience. Minors should use it with guidance from a guardian. Guardians can contact support if a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected. Providers may process data outside your location under the safeguards described in their policies.
Security and updates
We use reasonable measures to protect information we process, but no internet transmission or device storage is absolutely secure. We update this page and its date when features or processing change, and provide additional notice or seek consent when required.
