Using the service
These terms apply to the KozyDoku game and related support pages. Read them with the Privacy Policy before use. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service. Minors should have guardian guidance. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
License and fair use
You may use the game for personal entertainment under applicable platform rules. Do not exploit bugs, cheat through automation, intrude into services, distribute malware, harass others or infringe intellectual property. Statutory rights, including legally permitted research and interoperability, are not excluded.
Progress, items and rankings
Progress, check-ins and items may be stored locally. Uninstalling, clearing data, device failure or switching devices may lose progress. Cross-device synchronization is not promised unless expressly provided in the app. Virtual items and scores are not money and have no cash redemption value. Rankings may include computer-generated opponents and are for gameplay.
Ads and optional purchases
Some versions offer ads or items for completing rewarded ads. Reward conditions appear in the app; availability depends on networks and providers. If a version offers purchases, prices and conditions are shown by the platform before purchase. Payments, refunds and cancellation follow platform rules and applicable law. These terms alone create no charge or subscription.
Content and external links
The game name, artwork, software and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You retain rights to your own feedback content and permit its use to respond to and resolve your request. Third-party ads and linked sites are operated by their respective providers; review their terms when visiting.
Updates, interruptions and responsibility
We may fix, update or adjust game content. Maintenance, network or device issues may temporarily interrupt service. Responsibility is determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict statutory remedies. Do not rely on the game as professional advice or for purposes requiring guaranteed accuracy.
Stopping use and resolving concerns
You may stop using the service at any time. Serious misuse may result in restrictions as permitted by applicable rules. For purchase, content or data concerns, contact KozyDoku@cctik.com with relevant details. These terms do not require you to waive access to competent regulators or courts.
Changes to these terms
This page identifies the current terms and effective date. Material changes will be notified as applicable; separate consent will be sought where required. The English and Chinese versions aim to convey the same meaning. Contact support about differences in interpretation; your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
